I had the most amazing birthday this past weekend June 27, 2020. Sal, is outstanding and made my guests and I feel like royalty. I would highly recommend this service and ask for Sal. He goes above and beyond. He arranged for a local wine tour, drove us around and was so patient. I’ve used NJ Star twice this summer for long haul trips along the Northeast Corridor. I couldn’t have asked for better service. They were good value against the other places I researched, their booking process was easy and transparent, and they offered the right amount of communication and reminders. The driver was early, professional, friendly, and generally made the trip fly by. The car was clean and comfortable. Really, nothing was amiss. When I need a reliable and well-priced car service moving forward, I’ll use these folks.

I needed someone to pick up my son, his wife and kids from to JFK airport and transport them to our home in New Jersey. Since they were traveling with kids, I didn’t want to risk anything and I decided to book only the limo service that my friends already used. Some of them suggested this one as a trustworthy transportation company and I decided to call them. I was asking so many questions, and the lady I spoke with on the phone was very polite and patient. The driver was there by the time their plane landed and he was a great help with bags. My son told me that he asked the driver for a ride back to the airport and that he booked it in advance because they were very satisfied with the service
